What this covers
This notice covers the Wellby marketing website at wellbyinroads.com, operated by Wellby Health. Wellby is in development and does not yet process patient or client information. Before any provider connects real data, we will sign a business associate agreement and publish terms that cover the product itself.
What we collect
This website has no sign-up form. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details. If you joined our earlier waitlist, we hold the name, organization, work email and role you gave us. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information, such as your browser type and the page that referred you, as part of normal server logs.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about Wellby, including early access, research conversations and product updates. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Earlier waitlist sign-ups were processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, and may be kept in internal tools we use to contact early sign-ups. Free trial sign-up happens in the Wellby app, not on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing team@wellbyhealth.com.
